A #Wisconsin man is finding a unique way to connect with his neighbor in an age of #SocialDistancing — by sharing a beer with him via a remote-controlled car.
Eric Trzcinski of Richfield, Wisconsin, was on his way home from work when he came up with the idea of sharing a beer with one of his neighbors.
Since Trzcinski is a car guy, he used a spare exhaust tip and tied it to the back of his remote-control car using zip-ties. The exhaust tip was the perfect size to hold a beer bottle.
After he loaded the exhaust tip with a Corona beer, Trzcinski called his friend Trevor Reinke from across the street and told him to be prepared to shoot video after his garage opened.
Trzcinski told FOX6 that the initial video he posted to Facebook amassed more than 5 million views in three days.
Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers recently issued a “safer-at-home” order closing all nonessential businesses in the state, banning gatherings of more than ten people at a time, and imposing social distancing to slow the spread of #coronavirus.
There are 1,221 people who have tested positive for the coronavirus in Wisconsin as of Tuesday afternoon, with 14 of those cases being fatal. #binspirednews
